• Christmas is coming...!

  Every year it seems, I say that when it comes to Christmas, I'll be more organized than ever.  And every year it seems, I am scrambling at the last minute to get everything ready.  Not this year, I say!  When I went on my original quest to start planning Thanksgiving (which is just a few weeks away), I somehow got sidetracked into the Christmas planning area.

  Thanks to one of the most organized holiday planning sites around, Organized Christmas, I was able to get a head start on things.  And get this, here it is the beginning of November, and I'm coming in late on the planning!  Anyway, so tonight I was able to get the following lists started:

  * Master Gift List

  * Christmas Card List

  A few things I didn't do from the pre-made lists they have on the site, like plan out our wardrobes/holiday clothing.  The kids each have a special few outfits already for the holidays, and dh and I can easily figure things out as the days arrive.  Then again, considering I was pregnant last Christmas, are my clothes from the previous year going to still fit?  Hmm, maybe I should go ahead and at least take a peek into my closet to try some things on.

  Then, I headed off to my most absolute favorite crafting forums in the entire web-world, Craftster, and started on my homemade gift idea list.  I seriously don't know how to narrow my options down for each person. 

  How exciting isn't it?!  I just love creating things for people and preparing for things, especially the holidays.  Now, if I could just get myself off of Craftster, I could get back to my Thanksgiving preparations...
